Allbeury - Gibaut Jerripedia
I'll include links and extracted info. There has been a lot of research undertaken on the Allbeury family. Not seen any proof that the family is Huguenot in origin, but why not? There is persistence in the spelling, 130 years since the revocation of the Edict of Nantes and 1,000s of refugees to UK.
Absence of evidence, is not evidence of absence.
The key line for Allbeury and Gibaut is
- 5 Elizabeth Gibaut (1798- ) m 1 Thomas Falle; 2 (1824) Henry Allbeuary of Rochester
